Kilbrittain-Timoleague (KTCC) started brightly, with Kate O’Neill causing real problems inside whenever ball was delivered to her. She struck 1–01 in the opening 15 minutes.

An early goal from Ronan Sheehy, inside the opening two minutes, set the tone, followed quickly by a point from Cathal O’Callaghan and another from Sheehy. The men from Randal Óg arrived to Clashavanna in form for Monday nights Carbery Div 1 League match against hosts Kilbrittain. While Kilbrittain opened the scoring with a point from play at their ease, the opening half was set to be a fight for possession for both sides.

Kilbrittain hosted Castlehaven in their third match of the league on a dry bright evening in Clashavanna. A light breeze greeted both teams and favoured Kilbrittain in the first half.

Kilbrittain's minors played Courcey Rovers this past Monday in Kilbrittain, in the Rebel Óg West Minor Div 2 Football League. It was Courcey's fourth day out this Spring and Kilbrittain's third, Kilbrittain coming off the back of two strong wins against Ahan Gaels and Owen Gaels while Courcey's on the hunt for their first this season.

On Good Friday, Kilbrittain's minor footballers played their second game of the Rebel Óg West Div 2 Football League, against Ahan Gaels, in Kilbrittain.

Kilbrittain and Barryroe faced off this past Sunday in the second match of the Div 2 football league for both teams. Barryroe did well to get ahead early which stood to them for the rest of the game as Kilbrittain had to chase. Having said that both teams were on par for work rate and eagerness under the ball, leading to an exciting match. Tensions rose too in this local derby...

The AIB club, doesn't have a home pitch, or club house, but takes part in a couple matches each year. As AIB sponsor the All Ireland Club Championships, they offer a finalist spot in the tournament to the winners of the Junior Club Championship each year

Scarce in numbers but bountiful in spirit, the Kilbrittain Minor team took to Ballinascarthy, the home of Owen Gaels, last Sunday morning for the opening round of the Rebel Óg West Minor Div 2 Football League.

Tracton came to Kilbrittain all guns blazing but perhaps didn't expect to meet the garrison of recent All Ireland winners, eager, ready and waiting, on their home turf in Clashavanna. Yes, Kilbrittain's mighty men were up early on Sunday morning and primed for action for the 11.30am clash with old rivals Tracton.

Yesterday, Saturday March 21st, Kilbrittain's junior hurlers headed to Rossmore for their first league match of the season, testing some new positions out and welcoming a brace of new faces to the adult grade.

Kilbrittain's hurlers donned their football boots for the first time in a few months as they opened their 2026 Carbery Beara Division 1 Football League venture with a hard fought win against Ballinascarthy. This may be league, but wins are well recieved in these early stages.
