Kilbrittain started the Intermediate A Hurling Championship setting a standard for themselves, one which they are well capable of rising to for every match this season. A pack of cool, confident, fit and talented men took to the field on Saturday afternoon, in Ballinhassig and ferociously ran at Russell Rovers for the full sixty minutes.

Kilbrittain hosted Courcey Rovers on Wednesday night for their second match in the Minor Football Championship following their defeat to Canovee two weeks ago. Despite the opening loss in the Championship, they did well against their near neighbours Courcey's to secure the win.

On Saturday night, Kilbrittain started their 2026 football championship campaign with a brave warring against Randal Óg, which saw them comeback from a ten point deficit at halftime, and was nothing short of inspiring.

Kilbrittain started their 2026, U21 hurling, championship campaign with a decisive win over Dunmanway's Dohenys outfit last night in Enniskeane.

Kilbrittain were in control from the whistle when they played Cloyne on Sunday May 17th in East Cork. The rain lashed for all of the first half, with a brief respite at half time and for ten odd minutes here and there of the second. Kilbrittain-Timoleague (KTCC) started brightly, with Kate O’Neill causing real problems inside whenever ball was delivered to her. She struck 1–01 in the opening 15 minutes.

Kilbrittain and Clonakilty faced off in this Minor Division 1 League clash on a cold, windy evening, with Kilbrittain starting brightly. An early goal from Ronan Sheehy, inside the opening two minutes, set the tone, followed quickly by a point from Cathal O’Callaghan and another from Sheehy. The men from Randal Óg arrived to Clashavanna in form for Monday nights Carbery Div 1 League match against hosts Kilbrittain. While Kilbrittain opened the scoring with a point from play at their ease, the opening half was set to be a fight for possession for both sides.

Kilbrittain hosted Castlehaven in their third match of the league on a dry bright evening in Clashavanna. A light breeze greeted both teams and favoured Kilbrittain in the first half.

Kilbrittain's minors played Courcey Rovers this past Monday in Kilbrittain, in the Rebel Óg West Minor Div 2 Football League. It was Courcey's fourth day out this Spring and Kilbrittain's third, Kilbrittain coming off the back of two strong wins against Ahan Gaels and Owen Gaels while Courcey's on the hunt for their first this season.
